As I was reading this Reuters story on Yahoo! about the release of documents, audio tapes, transcripts, and more regarding the attacks on 9-11, and it struck me how easily the initial shock of the event has worn off on me.

"I'm trapped. I can't breathe much longer. Save me. I don't have much air. Please help me. I can barely breathe."

And it's easy to recall why it's so easy to forget - the media has whitewashed 9-11 from the main story that this country should be concentrating on into a confusing and continuing tale about their hatred for all things Bush and Republican.  The attacks on 9-11 are reduced from what should be our main focus to background noises as to why we shouldn't be in Iraq, to why the Patriot act shouldn't exit to help protect the average American, to whining about why we haven't captured or killed Osama bin Laden (a point I'm starting to get annoyed with myself, honestly...), and dribble as to how what occurred on 9-11 is not a manifestation of American decadence (my own included as I write this on a porn site), but is somehow linked to Pres. Bush and our foreign policy - forgetting the one little fact that the attacks were planned well before, and in retaliation for "foreign policy" decisions made years and years - CLINTON YEARS - before Bush was even the Republican Nominee....  It just makes me fucking sick to hear the words of people who were there...

[Firefighter Maureen McArdle-Schulman described a "constant" stream of bodies falling from the towers] "I felt like I was intruding on a sacrament... They were choosing to die, and I was watching them and shouldn't have been, so me and another guy turned away and looked at the wall and we could still hear them hit."

And to see the images I've chosen to forget...

And it just strikes me like being hit in the face with a baseball bat to actually remember that day, and the fear, grief, and anger I felt.

"Right now we're all alone ... The second building came down. I can't see so we have no contact with anybody at this time."

And yet, what are the important issues of the day? Attacking Bush over his attack of Iraq while at the same time lamenting him for confronting North Korea and Iran?  Now don't get me completely wrong, I'm VERY disappointed with Bush for not doing whatever the fuck it takes to kill bin Laden - even if he's in Pakistan - and I'm VERY annoyed that he doesn't send the clearest of messages to North Korea and Iran that we are the World's HNIC - Head Nigger In Charge - and if they want to piss us off, there's a price to pay - even Bush sometimes has a libtard side to him.

Why is it that the media will blast anti-Bush story after anti-Bush story while burying the story about how the Clinton Administration knew about a Mohamed Atta terror Cell a full fucking year before 9-11 and chose NOT to do anything about it.  Read deeper into the stories of 9-11 on the NY Times, and you'll read story after story about how "fault" or "lack of preparedness" was due to New York City, or Bush, or whoever - and ignoring the one true fact:

IT WAS DUE TO MUSLIM PIECES OF SHIT THAT NEED TO BE KILLED

But instead, we play this game where we are forced to forget what happened, we play a favorite libtard game: "Blame Bush", we talk about how it's OUR fault and we ignore the fucking fact that we have YET to truly eradicate the enemy: the militant muslim populations of the Middle East and even here in America. We have liberals who look at Iraq and our involvement there with disdain and ask why we're there, and don't have the intellect or humility to realize that we've been lucky in that we've not had another attack in the United States in almost 4 years... When the UK was attacked by bombers recently, what did they do?  They rounded up muslims, and exported the worst muslims back to their shitty little third-world countries.  What have we done?  Well, we elevated security at train stations - and even started checking bags... but did we target these muslims or people who look like they're from that armpit area of the world?  NOPE... because libtards didn't want to offend them...

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH US?

Well, sorry libtards - but checking the bags of 80 year old grandmothers while ignoring Mohamed and his bulging backpack makes as much sense as not wanting to offend a visiting resident alien in 2000 named Mohamed Atta... and it's going to get more Americans killed.

Don't ever fucking forget September 11, 2001.... don't ever think that because we've been safe for 47 months that there won't be an attack tomorrow... and don't ever fucking remember to be vigilant.  There is an enemy of every one of us - these muslim pig fuckers, yet instead of coming together, we continue to go apart.

And it's a motherfuckingshame.
